Since its inception, TBC has become a beacon in the city’s dining scene, offering a refined blend of contemporary European cuisine with a global twist.
Leading the culinary voyage is Head Chef Patrick Lim, seasoned veteran in the dining and F&B industry. Chef Lim’s culinary philosophy revolves around creating dishes that evoke a sense of warmth and familiarity while pushing the boundaries of taste, ensuring every meal is a memorable experience.
