Our
Story

TBC started out as a small burger business idea. Chef Patrick helmed this idea as The Burger Chef on March 2021 during the pandemic. While waiting for the opportunity to open a restaurant during unpredictable times, Chef Patrick was selling burgers online using quality meats and ingredients. As The Burger Chef, he also continued to offer pop up and private dining experiences to his guests.

Now with the dining scene glowing once again in 2022, we are opened in the cozy neighborhood of TTDI. Chef Patrick came back with a new concept of offering a casual fine dining experience in TBC serving up contemporary European cuisine with international influences.

The name TBC came from the abbreviation of The Burger Chef which the chef grew an attachment to and decided to carry the name forward to this next chapter in his journey. We want customers to have fun with the name as most people will think that TBC stands for “to be confirmed”. As for Chef Patrick, TBC is a place that allows him to express himself on a plate.
